What is the Chrome Industries lifetime warranty?
We stand by the quality of our gear. All Chrome bags carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our footwear and apparel are covered for six months from the date of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased through our website, provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags. Please note that 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are Chrome bags waterproof?
Many of our bags, especially those featuring our 'Pro' designation and welded-seam liners, are 100% waterproof. Other styles are highly water-resistant and designed to protect your gear in heavy rain.
How do I clean my Chrome bag?
We recommend spot cleaning your bag with mild soap and warm water. Do not machine wash or put your bag in the dryer, as this can damage the waterproof liners and hardware.
